Rooms were subpar to a 4 star hotel. The first room I was in was dated. The furniture looked like second hand stuff. The carpet was worn. Three of the four walls were barren. The second room I went to had no heat and the staff kindly moved me.

The hotel was conveniently located in a very safe area with some really nice restaurants only steps away. The staff were all VERY nice, friendly and helpful. Our rooms were immaculate, and I'm not exaggerating.

TV was not working great. Not HD and reception cut in and out regardless of channel. Also the latch on the bathroom door needs fixing/replacing (room 914).
