location was amazing, short walk to everything i needed. they worked with me and were very nice when my bank was having major issues with my account. I also stored my luggage there before i checked in and after i checked out so i could walk around.

the elevator was kind of iffy at times, seemed like it was going to get stuck but it didnt. there was construction on the floor above me that was only mildly bothersome when i was watching tv, but it could have been worse.

The level of service is very poor, clean every three days and also not done if you do not repeatedly ask, there is no breakfast even though it is stated that there is. Renovations are being made at the hotel and this is not indicated anywhere. The owners of the changed hotel have moved to another chain.

The staff was welcoming, I appreciated that they store my luggage after my checkout. The room space was comfort also the bed and the kitchenette well equipped. They have a laundry at the basement available 24/7- pretty convenient. Summary: I stayed 2 nights; for a short stay is good.
Negatives:
The neighborhood was creepy. The elevator was dirt all the time. The housekeeping was never made, the reom required some fixtures multiple defective lightbulbs, microwave does not works properly, soap holder hanging of the wall, the curtain at the room didn’t close and the only way to close it was using my hair clip. The sad was that I reported all at first day.

The restrooms in the lobby were absolutely disgusting. It stink there were no tissue, urine was on the toilet seat there was no soap.The room was uncomfortable and dirty .The customer service was okay.I didn't like the area of the hotel a. Unch of drug addicts standing around the front door.Unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience.

The cleaners are amazing. Literally saw them wipe every surface. Mop and vacuum!! The rooms were sparkling. Kitchen facilities are great.
Negatives:
Staff are a hit and miss. Some staff are great. Others are horrible. There is a fat, Spanish speaking guy at reception who has the demeanor of a prison guard than a customer service person. Curt, rude, aggressive and a horrible Horrible person with no concept of saying “please ” or “thank you ”. (Management if you don't believe me, observe him secretly). To top it all, he was extremely incompetent as check in took 15mins (!) longer with him than other staff. Seems like the daily managers are the problem as they see rudeness by their staff but are ok with it. Stayed for 2 weeks so experienced several interactions with them.
