Staff member saved the rating as he was so vibrant and provided excellent customer service.
Negatives:
The room was Disgusting. Dirty curtains, walls had splashes from unknown substances as well. Bathroom was the same and the Carpet smelled like it was wet. I asked for a room change which they did however I don' have enough words available to discuss that.

It seems like they were learning to be a hotel - 10 min wait to check-in - Pillows thrown to the side when entering the room - Toilet stopped working - Shower soap missing - Semi-clean - Broken desk chair

The hotel was ok. Staff did seem indifferent in general. There was a lot of noise coming from ohter rooms with people screaming. Bed mattress was bad.
