It was clean, comfortable, quiet, very nicely decorated, and in a great location to Broadway theatres and Times Square. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I really can’t think of any negatives. There’s no restaurant on site, but we knew that when booking. It was very easy to order food for delivery.

The staff were really lovely and check in and check out were so so easy! Room was bigger than we expected for Times Square!

There didn’t seem to be a bar open at all which was a shame, just meant we spent as little time at the hotel as possible as we only really slept there!

location was the best in Times Square. property is a bit old but well marinated. Our double bed room was very big and comfortable for NY standards.
