Positives:
The room was clean, although the smell of bleach was strong. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Room location: first floor, right in front of the adjacent building’s malfunctioning air con units which kept us awake. The room was dark (like being in a basement). Staff disinterested in helping.

Super clean, they must’ve upgraded my room because it was gigantic and spacious. I’ve gone to multiple 4 and 5 star hotels and this hotel is up there.
