I liked the location, staff had great customer service, and the bar was nice. The view was great and the hotel lobby is in clean shape.
Negatives:
When I arrived, I noticed the floors had black marks. Upon entering, I can see restroom was not mopped prior to my arrival. Furthermore, the bed sheets were stained yellow. The comforter was filthy. After I realized, staff replaced the sheets but did not offer an apology or a credit, etc. I wish that they would have cleaned the room and sheets better prior to my arrival, especially at $450 rate a night.
