I mistakenly double booked this hotel. I advised them months ago within 5 minutes of realizing it. They would not reverse charges or credit my account.

Positives:
I never got the opportunity to even stay here. Once I arrived for check in that is when I was told that they are closed because they decided to take on undocumented immigrants. So I had to deal to find another stay plus expending way more money.
Negatives:
The lack of communication and responsibility towards the guess that already booked months just to let them hanging without a proper stay.

Close to JFK airport. Only positive about this hotel.
Negatives:
Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Didn’t return our holding deposit and our check out was rushed as we had to catch the courtesy bus to the airport and they refused to help us by resolving our concern. Would not return.

When we got there it was closed - we need a refund. We had to find other accommodations at 9:30 pm
Negatives:
We need a refund - the hotel went out of business. No one told us. We had to find 2 rooms at another hotel at 9:30 pm and paid twice as much. NOT HAPPY!!! NEED A REFUND!!!
