There a smoke free priority an they dont tell you that instead you can book a smoking room thru booking an once you check out 1 to days after your completed stay hotel will charge you 250 without your knowledge Very bad an Unprofessional on the hotel part as well as Booking.com Very Unsatisfied with this whole process

I booked a room that has a king size bed and a sofa bed. When arrived I was told that that description of the room is wrong and if I want extra space I will have to pay $250 for additional room. When I inquired and show that that the room I booked the response was that its booking.com mistake and I should deal with them, there only solution is me booking an extra room. They kept me on hold for more than an hour with no solution. The front desk representative was very rude and unprofessional.
