Room was nice and clean. My only complaint about the room is that the bed was not firm enough. I wish firmer mattresses were used so so we didn't wake up with back aches. The breakfast was great. Loved the Make-Your-Own waffles! Overall cleanliness was nice.
Negatives:
Wish mattresses on bed were firmer. Pool was not open and we had expected to go swimming, so we lost out on some value there and were not made aware of this until we got to the hotel.

Front desk staff seemed to never be AT the desk. I went down for something and there were 4 other people that said they had been waiting for over five minutes to be checked in. No apology when the person finally showed up (although she was pleasant enough). On the way back from dinner, I again stopped to ask a question and had to wait again, finally calling out to see if someone would hear me. I actually timed it at 8 minutes. The room was not properly cleaned...there was long black hair in the tub and it appeared that the shower walls had not been cleaned at all (This was the reason for the FIRST visit to the desk). Elevators were filthy inside.
