Hotel was ‘tired’, dirty, many things did not work. For example, getting into the hotel was very confusing and I felt unsafe. It was desolate.
Our room had no hot water in the shower. The shower handle was broken and came off when my husband tried to turn it on. The room was dirty with fingerprints and crumbs all over the floor and furniture.

We went over the weekend for a conference. When we arrived, there was a board that said to make reservations for Saturday meals. We signed up, but they said it was just a head count. Next we went to our room and our door didn’t work. We had to wait outside our room for a good half hour, making us late to our conference. The room is in obvious need of touch ups. Chipped paint, ripped leather on the chair. Extremely flat cheap pillows. The WiFi on the tv did not connect the entire weekend. In the bathroom- when we turned on the bath, a bunch of dust/dirt came out, and the bath tub and the sink were barely draining the whole time.
Saturday we went to the restaurant for lunch. We were maybe the 10th couple in line and waited about half an hour to be seated. We ordered 2 burgers right as we sat down since we were in a hurry. Our drinks came quickly but the food never came. We waited for an hour and asked our waitress twice if the food was coming while watched many tables that came after us be served. She kept telling us “they are putting it on the plate”. Finally we just had to leave to get back to our conference.
