The room was ready when we arrived.
Negatives:
The staff at the front desk were young men appearing to be just hanging out there, and not as if they were at work. They had no hotel staff manners, and they looked like I was bothering them by checking in, but getting the key went ok.
There was only one towel in the room reserved for two people. The floor didnt appear clean. In the morning the room was flooded, because the cleaning staff defrosted the freezer/refrigerator and the ice melted over night. They didnt charge us but it was unpleasant. The walls appeared paper thin and you can hear people in other rooms.
When I called some days later to check when my deposit will be released, the person on the phone appeared offended by my question and was unpleasant.
