Red Roof Inn Rochester - Airport

Negatives: I did not like that. I asked for a non-smoking room and he put me right next-door to rooms that was smoking rooms. The whole hallway smell like marijuana and that was just uncomfortable for my health. He had to change my room three times the first time was because it was very dirty, the sheets, microwave, and everything was dirty, including the ice machine area. The second room he put me in. He told me that the heat will come on in about 30 minutes because they had the window open. I was in that room and our land there with my coat, my hat, my gloves on, and no heat was present. The heat was not working. The third room I went in was one bed which I asked for two and that microwave was very very dirty and I requested my money back for the rest of the stay. I did not get into a room and was able to go to sleep till 4 AM in the morning and he had the nerve to charge me for that room when it should have been free.No phones worked. Negatives: Nothing hated it

Negatives: Everything was bad from the first room to the room change. You can tell the room was never cleaned. I asked for non smoking and received smoking. Then the next room didn't smell like smoke but the comforter was stained, no pillows, remote missing batteries, the tub was clearly dirty and the floors. When told to staff, he was rude and unapologetic.
