While the hotel's higher price initially set high expectations, the satisfactory breakfast and friendly staff were overshadowed by the disappointing use of plastic cutlery and paper plates. Additionally, the outdated carpet and furniture in the rooms detracted from the overall experience. For the price paid, one would anticipate higher standards in both amenities and service.
