Positives:
We stayed in a 1 bedroom suit. The kitchen space was perfect. A large fridge and dishwasher. The breakfast had a large variety and was fresh. The staff at breakfast worked very hard and were always smiling. Front desk staff was pleasant but seemed unfazed by the amount of things out of order at the hotel.
Negatives:
We booked this hotel for their Hot tub and pool after another resort called us 1hr prior to us checking in to tell us their water amenities were closed. I called Homewood suits to ask if we could check in at 3 and told them our current situation. They said our room was ready. Upon arrival there was a sign at the from desk saying their hot tub was out of order along with 1 of their elevators. I expressed my frustration with this and they said it was on their site but because we booked with a third party it still showed availability. The pool area was nice but was not cleaned well. There was large amounts of hair all throughout the pool.
Our room was not cleaned well. There were multiple dead flies on the windowsill, garbage beside the bathroom sink.
We spent $150 more to stay here for two nights with the beleif we could use the hot tub.

very clean and well organized. everything runs well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Shower was comfortable. Heat worked very well. Free breakfast was simple, no-frills, with generous, good options. Perfect for fueling up for the morning.

one corner of the carpet at the entrance in our room was sticking out. I hope they get to fix it soon
