Room was clean when I got there. Everything was well stocked and the room stayed cold. Bed was fairly comfortable and shower was nice and warm. Fridge kept everything very cold so drinks were extra chilled.
Negatives:
Housekeeping was very unprofessional. Only attended to my room once during the time of my trip after I had to firmly tell them I needed it cleaned while I was there because it had not been done. Talking to the woman who came to my door felt very awkward and uncomfortable as all I wanted was fresh towels and felt like I had to persuade them to do even do that. One day they had arrived and I asked them to come back and they didn't so when I finally caught them at the door I had to insist it be cleaned. A few of the lightbulbs were out as well that I never got addressed. Other than that everything was perfect. Even the staff at the front desk were fantastic the only negative of this entire establishment was the housekeeping woman. It very well could just be that one person that was the problem.
