Morning Front Desk lady was snippy with me.y reservations were made but not in the hotel system. I showed her the first reservation was canceled by the property and refunded but insisted that it was not canceled by the property when it was right in front of her on my phone. She was also eating as well which was disgusting and unprofessional.
