Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Thursday, Dec 18th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. After Thursday, Dec 18th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before Wednesday, Dec 17th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. If cancelled after Thursday, Dec 18th, 2025 at 12:00 AM, a penalty of 1 night(s) will be charged. Failure to arrive at the property or Cancellations received after 2025-12-18 12:00 AM, will incur a penalty of 1 night(s).

Guarantee Policy

If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, your entire reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund. The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older.

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

For stays of 14 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash. You should be reimbursed on checkout via cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
