Negatives: The toilet handle gave but was easy enough to fix

Negatives: Could not use the pool without a staff member supervising. Awkward to have staff babysitting adults using pool. No spa/hot tub in pool area. Machines in gym broken. Peloton not connected to internet and treadmills overheated after 10 minutes. Strange odor in room musky/chemical smell. Bathroom sliding door did not close. Given the handicap accessible room (not needed) that had a sliding door without latch or lock to close. Had to use string to tie closed for privacy. On our last day for check out the elevator was not working, so we needed to carry all our things down stairs. Broken glass at front door, covered by cardboard. This hotel has good staff keeping it running but it needs some attention from management.

Negatives: one elevator didn't work

Negatives: Room wasn’t clean when I checked in I asked the cleaner to re vacuum and remove the trash Bed was too soft for my back - it’s a preference so I don’t worry about it But the room above me constantly made noice. I called reception about it - staff were apologized right away but unfortunately continue to disturb me enough to can’t fall asleep when I wanted Breakfast was good. Room was rommie Bathroom is nice too.

Negatives: Front desk services I complained about something and was told this is a 2-star hotel. Broken bathroom door, expired chips to purchase in the lobby. Found centipede in pool which we took out ourselves they didn't know where the net was. No lifeguard, lots of kids being disruptive overnight. We stayed because we just needed a place to sleep didn't spend too much time in the hotel. We chose this place because prepandemic it was way better, a lot has changed including the staff.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Morning breakfast was chaotic - a manager should have noticed this. Over ran by kids in a large group so could not access a lot of the area to prepare a plate. The hotel had no forks anyway even if I could eat?!! Spoons were packed with knives

Negatives: Because I booked through booking I wasn’t able to get my points I wrote someone here and at the website and still no response

Negatives: They have changed their procedures. If u are member than only you can have complimentary water in room, (if people are not from same country how can they expect them to be member), we asked for daily room service at time of checkin but 1st day no one came, next day we need to request, attitude for staff at counter is way to different. This was last stay for me at this property.

Negatives: Breakfast. Was too greasy
