I like that they had a nicely stocked breakfast bar, especially the waffle maker. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful.

I did not like that the bathroom was dirty, and there was no ironing board in the room.

This hotel needs to have some major renovations to the it rooms. Had to move rooms due to the refrigerator not working properly . Upon being moved to the second room the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. My husband almost fell in the bathtub !

power outlet at desk doesnt hold a plug. had to prop it up with water bottle. shower dripping badly all the time.

Breakfast was ok. They had a luggage cart. It was fairly quiet.

Inside door handle came off in my hand. No wash cloths. Tiny shampoo bottle was half empty. Both lampshades had numerous holes in them. Toilet lid was cracked. Rim of hair dryer was melted. Obvious dust in corner above blinds. Cheap pillows.

It was clean and smelled clean. Thats a big deal for me.

Breakfast was good, in main lobby so easily accesible. Clean room, well stocked towels. Very nice, attentive staff.
Negatives:
the pool is on shaded side of building so the water was freezing even though it was 85 outside...ice machines all empty on our second night

Perfect little hotel for myself and family. Quiet, great helpful staff. 15 min from zoo.
