I did not know that the facility was undergoing renovations. The parking lot was half full of building materials and vehicles. The desk clerk directed me to an entrance that required climbing about 8 steps. Once inside the building i had to climb another 2 sets of stairs to reach the second floor. It took me 3 trips to get my items to my room then repeat the process when i left the next morning. The entrance had no sidewalk and i had to maneuver my luggage between a parked car and large bush/tree as well as the curb for the parking lot. Apparently the elevator was nowhere near my room.

The lady who attended to me, she was nasty and racist. The furniture was really stain(dirty) I recommend to change personnel. You have to literally beg at least to get clean towels. Never get the TV fixed.

After I checking in and accommodate my belongings and I laid down on the bed and looked on the ceiling I was in a room with black mold (mildew) all over the ceiling. Not goodIm an asthmatic person. I had to repackage everything go to another room, phone not working, cable not working. I walked 3 times back and forth from the room to the front desk. I want my money back.

Constant ongoing construction, shady characters walking around that left a feeling of heightened awareness. uneasiness. Security doors were left propped open for the construction workers all night long. Maids spoke very little English, knocked on door, then took off down the hall.... Went to turn on faucet in tub and the entire mechanism moved in the wall.
