Great location. Our restaurant was across the street; convenient on a very cold night. Or restaurants and bars very walkable. Bathroom was large but space was not very usable. Was newer and had a contemporary vibe.
Negatives:
No place to store clothing Only seating was an uncomfortable office-type chair and a bench. Why have a bench? We used it put unused clothing on as no drawers provided. Construction next door was noisy and may have set off an alarm that forced evacuation. Very pricey for the quality of accommodation. Check-in was strange. Very limited parking out front and must go to 2nd floor to get key. Received an email that I would be tested when room was ready and key would be available. Neither were.

apparently they failed to consider noise levels when building this hotel. if it was outside or in the hallway, every noise seemed amplified. From people shouting at 2:00 am to dogs barking at 5:00 am, it could not have been louder if it was in our room.
the room was very small, for the price paid, you would think you would get at least one comfortable chair in the room - no couch, no chairs. the mattresses were horrible and memory foam was used over top which made them even worse. the sheets were so rough, our elbows were raw from just turning over. yes, my husbands elbow was actually bleeding - turning over was difficult due to the memory foam. I’ve traveled all my career for work and stayed in thousands of hotels. I would truly rate this as the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The price was far too high for getting nothing but location downtown. Just very disappointed thinking we would get some luxury at the price paid. zero luxury at this hotel. I would never ever recommend it. Horrible is all I can say!! Oh and even though we only stayed two nights, we did have an expectation that we would get fresh towels etc - we received no maid service whatsoever! I’ve never seen the likes of it. I supposed (shame on me I guess!) that this would be a very nice hotel. price is far too high for not even being able to sleep due to noise!!
