bathroom not cleaned properly, soap, shampoo and lotion dispensers were empty. At breakfast, there was hardly any hot food out, there were not a lot of people there and they never had anything out. it was as if they were afraid to cook anything more than 5 pieces of sausage, 1/2 a serving vessel of eggs or potatoes out. Had to wait for any food to come out.

The staff were super friendly! The breakfast was really good, especially the potatoes. The beds are comfy. The bedding and pillows are nice. Everything was clean. The TV had a nice touch upon arrival.

We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was as good as it was. We knew there would be waffles, but the pumpkin spiced added an extra touch of home!
Negatives:
The beds are a little too soft. Not enough support for customers with back issues. May have mattresses with more lumbar support. I do not like that if you book with Booking.com you can't use the visit for your Hilton Honors points.
