Staff was very unprofessional and lied so they could keep my deposit. We’re not even smokers at all so they must have needed money badly or went in after the staff maybe smoked during housekeeping which would not be a surprise. The front desk girls had attitudes and were gossiping and cursing when I checked in so I was already leery. I think that’s why she kept my deposit because she was told she was very unprofessional

Trash not policed in a timely manner. Piles of used/dirty linen sitting outside rooms. Heavy odor of cigarette smoke. Had to complain to front desk staff about being placed in a smoking area, after requesting Non Smoking. Told by staff there was no smoking in any area of the premises. Staff immediately rectified the problem and ventilated the building.
