The most important thing: The staff is just great. They were very welcoming and friendly & helpful whenever I had a question or needed something, kudus to them. The room/design was nice, love the steamer for clothes in the room - great idea! Nice bathroom (although, as mentioned below, too much perfumed cleaning supplies used).
Hint: Jocks & Jills on the other side of the street is great for a quick dinner (fabolous burgers!)

Sorry, but quite some issues. First: The hotel will NOT respond to any inquiries made over the booking.com platform, although it is offered as communication, so my request for the possibility of an airport shuttle sent about two days before my arrival was simply left without any reaction at all. If the management does chose to not communicate through these channels, please say so in the booking process...how shall the customer know?!
The upholstery of the seating furniture was dirty/stained in a way that I did not feel like sitting on them...this kind of material IMHO is not very suitable for a hotel, as it's almost impossible to clean sufficiently once it has been stained, so one can't really blame the staff for that.
The air condition in the room is a no go, as others have already mentioned before. It is placed in the corner on the room on floor level opposite the bed and therefore does cause air flowing right to your face while lying on the bed, and we all know what that means -- and: it's quite loud. Fortunately I stayed at the hotel when outside temperature were very moderate, so I just shut it down completely - otherwise I would definitely have been moving to another place. But: the windows can not be opened either, so no fresh air from outside possible! - which was an issue, because the cleaning services seems to love such an amount of perfumed cleaning liquids, that I had to open door to the corridor for a while to avoid a headache. On the corner of the corridor was a a/c air intake on the opposite side of my door that produced a blaring loud airflow noise, fortunately the noise insulation of the doors is ok, so I did not hear it too loud inside my room.
Therefore...too many issues for me to prefer this hotel again...a pity, location is good, staff really nice.
