The complimentary breakfast was great. It wasn’t just cereal and waffles. The facility and the room was clean. The location was great and the staff was professional.
Negatives:
There were stains on the bed. The pull out bed didn’t seem to be clean as well so a little more attention to those areas. Other than that, everything was great for the price paid.

Positives:
The breakfast was plentiful, hot and delicious. The rooms were clean, and the beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The location was nice and safe. We were in close proximity to the Northlake mall and outlets so it wasn’t a far drive to anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn’t like is that we had to ask for room service but that’s all I could think of honestly.

The location that the hotel is in I loved it I could walk to several shopping centers it was awesome the staff was just amazing I had a great time with my grandchildren. The breakfast was hot the area was clean it was just very good I really enjoyed it and I definitely will be back there thank you all again keep up the good work.
