Great location, awesome staff, nice room, complimentary dinner and drinks

My room was not cleaned properly: hair in shower including pubic hair and multiple pieces hair in bed when sheets were pulled back, stains on towels (red ones ). Refrigerator was not cold and did not get cold ( food had to be thrown away ) , certain areas the surfaces were not wiped . Thankfully I brought Clorox wipes to clean
