Positives: - front desk staff
Negatives: we got to the hotel at around 8pm. The room that was assigned to us was not cleaned before our arrival. Staff had to "figure something out" which he did. Room was outdated and in terrible condition. We did not use the shower because it was disgusting. Outlets were stuck to the way with tape, lightbulbs were just hanging from the ceiling.

Negatives: I didn't like anything about the room. We left after check-in, my husband expressed to the front desk that we were not happy with the room, but there were no more rooms available. When we walked in the room there was a horrible mold smell. The bathroom was one step from the kitchen. And the room was extremely small. We never received any type of refund not even half of the $288 dollars we paid. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone else.

Negatives: When I walked in the lobby it smelled like smoke and the hallway too. Our room smelled like cigar smoke. They couldn't move us to another room because they were booked.

Positives: The staff was very attentive and even tried to help me move into a different room due to the noise from the lobby. However they were booked solid so they couldn’t move me. The staff was quick to come to the desk any time I came to ask a question. The room was fine. I didn’t realize I could request things like dishes and things for the kitchen until the second day of my stay so making that a bit more obvious might help.
Negatives: I was in the room right around the corner from the lobby. While it was convenient, it was very loud. I could hear every conversation being held in the lobby. The staff room was also right next to the lobby and when the staff would take their breaks in there, they would keep the door open and they tended to be very loud so there was constant noise. The staff and long term tenants tended to congregate in the lobby at all hours and tended to be very loud, whether it was seven in the morning or after midnight. That would be my biggest complaint.
