This is my second time...

Rooftop bar was very nice with great views
Negatives:
The valet service was ok - did not manage the queue well at check-in - need either a security guard or hotel staff or another valet directing incoming cars; the first time we got our car to go back out, they took our ticket and after that we no longer had it (which apparently was not the correct way to do it); and when we were checking out, we called to have our car pulled up, only to find they never got the request.
Also do not like that there is no coffee maker included in the room and after we requested and used it the first day, supplies were not refilled the second day, so had to call back down to request more.

Awesome location, right downtown. We could easily walk to Bank of America, Stadium, museums, and in numerous restaurants. Wonderful friendly staff.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, convenient parking. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Loved the happy hour. Room was noisy, street noise but also some kind of knocking or thumping all night.

No Pool, Check-in staff made no attempt to inform about the local area. Had to ask for a coffee machine. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned each day (although one member of staff did mostly ensure that was requested on our behalf.) Handle hanging off the inside of the bathroom door. Couldn't get TV streaming to work. Only one robe, had to request another, and did request more hangers but they never arrived. I've stayed in far more comfortable Hotels for much less money. The Roof Bar shut at midnight on a Saturday which was hopeless, and then shut on Monday.

There was street racing with squealing tires and roaring engines around the hotel from the afternoon of our arrival until 3:00AM the following morning. I only got abou 3 hours of sleep
