My room wouldn’t get cool so I slept in a 76 degree room. I ran in bcs I had dinner reservations and put the air down to 68. I didn’t get back in until midnight and tried to cool again but it didn’t work.

The location to the Spectrum center and the light rail was perfect. The hotel staff were friendly and professional.
Negatives:
The self parking garage was a mess. We had our “pass” but it did not work most of the time. We had to call for assistance a few times to exit. Very stressful when there’s a line behind you.
Our room was clean but clothes were left from previous guest; and dishes were in the dishwasher—they were clean.

Elevator waits. Discovered no complimentary bottled water in the room after returning from a concert at 11:00PM (even Motel 6's provide bottled water. How cheap can you get?) . Unreadable soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensors in the shower.
