Not clean- hair on bedding, very old carpet (scared to take off shoes/socks), water was brown when first turned on. TV didnt work. Out dated furniture including yellow (supposed to be white) landline. Elevator makes concerning noises while running. No ramp to enter/exit with suitcases from parking area. Rock hard mattress. Vent loud when running.

Overall, dont believe the 4-5 star reviews. Would never stay at this location (and probably never a Residence Inn again
