We were not informed that there would be construction happening and that breakfast would be a grab and go. Maybe guests could have been given vouchers to have breaksfast off property or be refunded the breakfast portion of the booking and have the choice to go out for breakfast.

The Residence Inn in Charlotte Uptown offers a prime location and impeccably clean rooms. Its central positioning near the stadium makes it convenient for exploring the city.
Negatives:
During our stay, one elevator was out, causing long waits. Coffee and hot water were consistently unavailable outside breakfast hours. Staff response was lacking.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was very nice and clean I loved the tub and the view of the city it was very relaxing and a lot of open space. I really enjoyed my stay.
