Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Marijuana was smoked everywhere. Inside the lobby and out in the parking lot. Prostitution was going on around the lobby. Refused to let me use my military discount. Breakfast times were wrong and they shut it down early. Have to pay $12 extra per night to park on top of an early more expensive hotel.

It looked nice I suppose, the rooms were clean and comfortable and I liked the added security with the card access to the elevator.
Negatives:
I was paying for the aesthetic and not the experience, cause the experience was disappointing. They charge $22 for an average hotel breakfast buffet, and you’re expected to tip a “server” for pouring your coffee and water. They charge for parking, the drinks at the bar are overpriced, and they charge for late check out. The pools are dirty, and when I payed for late check out I still had housekeeping knocking on my door and waking me up 45 minutes before my check out time. Not worth the price at all

Was told breakfast was at 6:30am? it didn’t actually opened until 7:15am, and it was $22 a person for an average hotel breakfast, nothing special about it. They also hire someone to pour your coffee and water and then expect you to tip that person.
Drinks at the bar are overpriced starting at $20 a drink.

Had to pay for a late check out, only got approved for an hour, and then housekeeping was knocking on the door waking me up 45 minutes before my checkout time both times I stayed.

The room was clean but the sheets smells like weed and very humid. We stayed in second floor the AC had a very bad noise that you can barely sleep.
Is not very friendly environment a lot of noise at night.
The location is sketchy.
Good: the service was good. The receptionist and the waitress were great.
You have to pay extra for parking and breakfast!!
