Breakfast was ok. I did have to ask for coffee to be made two days as it was empty. Staff was pleasant. Location to where i was goi g was great.

Cable, phone, internet where all out during stay. Not the staffs fault as road construction outside was the cause. However I feel we should have been offered a discount or some type of comp. Trash and a laundry cart sat outside on the sidewalk the entire stay. I asked the night staff if i could have a coffee packet for my room but he had no idea what I meant. He was a pleasant man but his English wasn't the best.

Horrible experience small beds and linen disnt look clean at all

We booked a nonsmoking room through booking.com and when we arrived the front desk told us it was reserved as smoking room and they were fully booked. I walked around the motel and it did not look fully booked because maybe like 10-11 cars parked around it. Another customer who checked in after me was told the same thing so something does add up. Very disappointing stay and now all of stuff smells like smoke. The room door was not safe and there was no secondary lock so we felt unsafe the whole night.

Did not honor original booking.com rate and booking, upcharged for the size bed I originally selected. Rooms smelled like pot. Broken inoperable gym equipment, gym room also smelled intensely of marijuana, "breakfast" was not hot, consisted of cold prepackaged food products, a broken juice machine, coffee they did not bother to refill, no water.
Asked staff at front desk for towels and toilet paper and they asked me to bring them my used towels and would only give me a single TP role, apparently their service is do it yourself.
They did not disclose there was recent neighboring construction and that their water could be contaminated. When I asked about the water they attempted to hide the notice and claimed "it's fine now". Since every other interaction I had with them was dishonest I had to purchase drinking water for the duration of my stay.
