I stay at Alofts all over and this one shows ALOT of wear and tear, looking dated , not cleaned properly, no hand towels, tired mattress, and poor bed linens. For how much business this location brings in, it’s time to reinvest in this property. Next time we come, we will walk a little farther to our venue and pay elsewhere for the ‘basic’ details that guests should receive. I was really disappointed in this location, expected more from the Aloft brand.

We could not get our heat/air regulated. The system ran all day/night and never shut off. It would blow
out cold than hot. It didn't matter what we put temperature on.
The furniture was outdated, uncomfortable and our ottoman's leather/fabric was torn off

Positives:
The only hotel bed I have ever slept in that didn't make my back ache! The next door location to DPAC made seeing our show so easy. The staff were very friendly and efficient. It was also helpful to have the shampoo, conditioner and soap provided in the shower.
Negatives:
Would have liked a hot breakfast included for the price.
