My room had a damaged door. It did not seal completely. There were stands on my floor and the staff was extremely rude. Whenever I tried to make them aware of it before I left. It’s also a disappointing that they feel that they can take $100 per room for damages. Meanwhile, the rooms are already damaged and they don’t take that money and repair the hotel.

The property is in a great location for where we were going to visit Family . The breakfast was good. The service was great.

The hotel it’s itself needs some severe upgrades the beds need new mattresses the rooms need painted and redone. They all need new carpet. They need phones in the room and they need to maintain them.

It was close to the event I was attending and that is what made the stay bearable.

It smelled like dogs in the hallway. The staff said they didn’t have any extra towels or wash cloths. We had to go to the front desk to request a blanket and were told initially that there weren’t any. I cleaned the bathroom and surfaces when we arrived and there was hair everywhere. The remote had food stuck inside of the buttons. Just overall unclean

It took us 4 different tries to get into the correct room we booked. When we finally got in the room it did not have the extra safety lock. There were stains on the “clean” sheets, curtains, lamp shades, floor, and all pieces of furniture. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and our “none smoke room” reeked of stale cigarettes. The area did not seem the safest and overall sketchy. It just seems that the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel is very overlooked. Will not stay again.

Do not stay here. The staff is friendly, but this place is absolutely disgusting. There were bed bugs and a person on house arrest here. I do not recommend.

The breakfast was cold and soggy right at beginning of breakfast hours , I had to tell the manager on duty that the milk inside of the 2% milk container was spoiled.
