Positives:
From the moment we checked in we were greeted and spoke to like we had been friends for ages. The lobby was very clean and the fire place lit was so welcoming, especially since it was raining out.
The room was a lot larger than we expected. The bathroom was so beautifully laid out and also larger than expected.
The bed was very comfortable. We called down to ask for an extra pillow and a couple extra towels...for some reason there are only two towels in a room and most women need at least two towels....but they had them up to us in less than 5 minutes. I was not expecting it that quickly, most hotels we go to and ask for extra towels take at least an hour. Service here is top notch!
The restaurant on site is very convenient, especially since it was raining, and we didn't have to leave to get dinner. Starbucks in the lobby was an added bonus for the morning as well.
Negatives:
The only complaints we had....
Starbucks was only open until 10am.
Also, the qr code to the restaurant that we scanned in the room to get an idea of what the restaurant had available...the prices didn't match what the menu had once we actually got into the restaurant. The prices were higher downstairs. Had we known, we would have stayed upstairs and ordered room service.
