The price, until I saw the room. I should’ve been refunded… there were roaches.

The roaches. There was a dead one under the bedspread, two in the shower, along with a dirty washcloth. I wouldn’t set anything on the floor, kept everything zipped up and closed, and left as soon as I could the next morning. I didn’t stay for breakfast because I didn’t wanna eat somewhere that had roaches. They haven’t even made an attempt to maintain the location. There was a beer bottle in the front lawn in front of the office. I would’ve left at that point, but I rolled in close to 10 PM. Absolutely horrible. Worst place I have ever stayed in my life by far.P

I forgot about the breakfast...could have used it though. Staff, especially Harry, very helpful and accommodating.

The telephone in my room only worked for one phone call on the day I arrived. When I had to contact front desk I had to walk up there. No big deal but a bit of an inconvenience.

Nice place, good value, a bit far from things...but that's not your "fault".
Positives:
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The AC was perfect! Kept us cool all night. The water was hot not lukewarm like most baths at a hotel stay.

The only thing negative is that the beds were VERY firm.
My husband and I could not get comfortable.

Other occupants are loud, some random man started playing a guitar from his opened room door. Staff never told him to be quiet, despite the fact that they have a sign—in the main office—which says they have zero noise tolerance and reserved the right to ask guests to leave.
