Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.
About This Property
This Durham hotel features studio style apartments with fully-equipped kitchens. Guests will be less than 20 minutes’ drive from Duke University and will enjoy a daily grab-and-go breakfast. Free WiFi and cable TV are included in every one of the guest studios. A work desk and a separate seating area are provided in all Extended Stay America Durham/Research Triangle Park units as well. An outdoor pool is on site at this Durham Research Triangle Park Extended Stay America and guests will enjoy access to a fitness center. Weekly housekeeping services are provided for free and daily provided for a fee. Towels and linen are exchanged at the front desk. Free grab-and-go breakfast including breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea is served every morning. The hotel is within 2 miles of Research Triangle Park and less than 10 minutes’ drive from Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The Park Place shopping center is less than 1 mile away.

The loud noise of children running up and down the hall the dog barking. The chairs was dirty and the rug in my room was dirty. The first room i had roaches on the bed. But I can say I was moved.

The kitchen was dirty upon arrival. Leftover food on top of the refrigerator, as well as food stains on the door. The couch was horribly stained and the room reeked of cigarette odors and just smelt old in general. Even lighting candles didn’t help.

The room card worked once to open the door and afterwards never worked. No attendant to fix this after a certain hour so we couldnt leave the room. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke and had burns everywhere. The place was disgusting and no breakfast.
