Customer service was terrible. We came in very tired after a long journey and were told about a problem with charging Booking.com, which is not our problem. Had to pay twice for a couple of rooms since Booking.com didn't have enough credit. Staff was rude. Both when we arrived and also in the morning. Had to wait hours to get the matter solved. Will not stay there again and probably will not use Booking.com again since they have no customer service when I tried to reach them. Five rooms had been paid for well in advance so this is unacceptable.
Negatives:
Reception staff was unbelievably rude. We have never experienced this attutude towards customers.
I did not like the app the hotel made me use before I arrived. Where I had to choose rooms and then wait all day for electronic keys. Which of course never came because of the problem with the payment from Booking.com to the hotel.
Also worth mentioning is that the breakfast is highly overrated. It is as simple as it gets.
So all in all bad experience and a lot of waisted time on a short girlfriend vacation in an overrated hotel.
