I like how clean the hotel was and the room design was great, I had the Junior Suite.

The bed was very hard which made me sore and toss and turn all night. It feels soft when you sit on the bed but, sleeping on it over time is not a good experience.

The location was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also liked that the room had a fridge and microwave because most places don't have both. Check in was smooth with the digital key.

Well first off the building is extremely outdated. The doors do not shut all the way, you physically have to slam them. The walls are gross. The shower water pressure is nice but the water does not get hot at all. The carpet is disgusting. The hallways are hot no AC so there’s a slight smell microwave takes forever to heat will not ever stay again. Staff was accommodating and polite. Location is great. The hotel it’s self is not up to par. Needs renovation asap.

Everything was great but the carpeting at this location is in need of replacing urgently through out the whole building it's so bad that their is a bit of an odor in the room and through out the building I'm surprised that the franchise has not done anything about this I mean it's terrible.other than this issue my stay was fabulous.
