Negatives:
Was given a room for a specials person and it was just too much space for us. Also the shampoo and soap are placed too high on the wall in the shower. A handicapped or special needs person would not be able to reach them, especially if they are in a wheelchair. Need to move them to a lower position.

Room was adequately clean but looked a bit run down, sleeper sofa looked dirty and stained
No breakfast one morning due to “unforeseen circumstances” - assuming a staff member called out
I requested a 3rd floor room when I remotely checked in and ended up on the first floor ( I did not request a change or discuss with staff so not their fault)

I got a uits so the room was bigger than I expected and had a small kitchen area with full size fridge.
Negatives:
The breakfast was worse than I expected or by other hotel standards. They try to make it good but the execution was terrible. The English muffins were rock hard. The sausage patties were ready to be footballs (very tough and dry). Everything was bad.
