Loved the location, it was centrally located to the events we were attending!
The facility was very, nice and clean. We were very comfortable in our room.
Negatives:
The staff was not very knowledgeable.. We were told at check-in that breakfast was from 7-11. When we arrived downstairs to eat we were told breakfast stopped at 10am. We were rightfully upset because that’s one reason we booked this facility. Two we were told (again) at check-in that check out was at Noon but we had the cleaning crew walk into our room at 9am, that’s unacceptable.
