Positives:
We stayed at this property several times before. It’s on a main corridor and there are plenty of stores around to grab a quick dinner or some groceries. It is pet friendly, although now they have a $25 fee per night, but they provide poop bags for dogs. Breakfast is usually good for a couple of days.
Negatives:
The pet rooms hallways are dirty and smelly. Accidents only get something sprayed on them but don’t get cleaned. The pet rooms have a vinyl flooring, slippery and dangerous for dogs. Dogs are not allowed in the inside courtyard, but outside the grounds are dirty, full of leftover food, trash and people bodily fluids. Unfortunately for the hotel, the pub next door brings in a lot of drunk people later in the evening, but the hotel doesn’t clean it up. It is also not a safe area. 7 cars got broken into in one night. Breakfast becomes repetitive for one week.

Positives:
Easy check-in, overall the place was clean and tidy, easy parking, offered free breakfast. The shower was clean and had nice toiletries. Bed was comfortable. Able to adjust AC unit to our own comfort.
Negatives:
The pool was ice cold. We stayed on floor 4 and the hallway smelled awful. Luckily our room did not have the smell. The lobby floor also smelled fine. Elevator needed some cleaning as well. Breakfast was okay, however the waffle batter on our first morning was too watery. The cups for your morning choice are tiny.
