The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. An attendant was always on duty. The variety of choices was far better than I've seen anywhere. Who offers two sizes of waffles and Nutella spread?
Negatives:
Some storage in the bathroom would have been nice (had to use the closet). Mounted nightstands were not level.

I liked that we had a 2 bedroom suite, full kitchen

The suite was not in working order. The bedroom that the air conditioner was in had froze up and there was a huge fan trying to thaw it down and the carpet in the living room behind the T.V. was wet so the staff had to send us up the road about 15 minutes and we stayed at the Hilton Homes2Suites. It wasn’t a suite, and didn’t have the full size kitchen. We just didn’t enjoy the trip for 11 days that we had to stay for.

Negatives:
Many maintenance issues not addressed. The kitchen floor has water underneath. The vanity in the bathroom and the closet trim was pieced back together. The ac in the bedroom was louder than a jet engine. Temperature control wasn't working properly. We were told the ac in the hallway was broken.
I've stayed here many times but it's time for some improvements.

Very clean, only thing we didn’t like was the carpet in the living room area needed updating. Booked for a wedding and needed a place with a kitchen. It had basically everything we needed. We were very pleased. Good breakfast. My other family stayed in Sheraton 5 min away and wished they had booked the same place. You get more for your money. Just needed updated indoor rugs and room were nicer than the one at Sheraton hotel 5 min away.

The floor carpets is very outdated and maybe the ac not being too loud in the second bedroom

It was graduation week and seems like the property was oversold. We stepped out of the room one evening and when we returned back to our surprise we discovered people in our room who were allocated same room. it was shocking to find how could this blunder was done by the hotel staff. When we approached the on duty hotel staff they tried to justify their act without any apology.
