Positives: The staff was fantastic. They apologized repeatedly for the shabbiness of the room and lack of dishes and pots/pans. They really went out of their way to be helpful. The Wi-Fi was excellent - we often had three laptops on at the same time and had no problems with performance at all.
Negatives: The room was very shabby. Spots on the carpet, paint peeling from kitchen cabinet, torn and fraying curtains. The shower was a dribble - absolutely no pressure and turned cold in the middle of your shower. They did not have dishes or pots/pans available for the first 4 days we were there. We had to buy plates, cups, bowls, pots, eating utensils, spatula at Walmart - this was an added expense that was supposed to be covered in the cost of the room.

Positives: The breakfast wasn’t what I expected. It wasn’t a real breakfast but other than that it was a good experience
Positives: I like the staff and house keeping they check up on you
Negatives: Breakfast sucked carpets dirty not enough carts to tote luggage smoke film all over the room
My stay was below average...
Positives: Location was fine...no breakfast was served
Negatives: Waited several hours for hot water..no one could get in contact with the maintenance personnel...no effort was made to get outside contractor to fix the issue..I missed a meeting and had to go elsewhere to shower..others didn't have hot water either...I felt I should have been compensated for one day but was only compensated 56 dollars...I pay less at the courtyard Marriott per night than at the extended stay...when it was finally fixed the water was only lukewarm
Negatives: There were a few bugs that we discovered in the bed. They were tiny like ants, one had blood in it. We didn’t see them until we woke up the next morning. I thought they were specks of black lint, until they moved. We didn’t report it because we got our stuff together and left/checked out. They looked like fleas, not sure.
