Negatives: it's not a Marriott but it's less expensive.

Negatives: The check in experience wasn't good at all. I was assigned room 215 1st and when I tried to get in room the keys wouldn't work so I literally walked down the stairs to lobby about 7x to get the keys re scanned. In the process someone opened door to room. So I couldn't access it because it was already occupied. So yet again I go downstairs and tell the lady in office. She assigns me to 2 different rooms and they both were occupied as well. At this point I'm very frustrated because it's been an hour trying to get into a room. Finally after getting into the room, there were no TV in the room, it was a strip on the wall that had came off and after showering I tripped coming out bathroom smh. The water in the shower and the sink was backwards so it seemed like we had no hot water until i realized halfway through the shower. To top things off the people came knocking on the door 3x BEFORE check out and being that I didn't get into room until after 2 AM I asked for late checkout. So my slept kept being interrupted. I asked for a discount and the lady put my name down on a list and told me to call the manager on Monday. So that's what I'm gonna have to do.

Negatives: No working smoke detector, no globe on a light fixture with exposed wires, broken furniture. This place is nothing but a welfare motel. Room should not have been available to be reserved

Negatives: The room door looked as if it had been kicked in. The really rooms were EXTREMELY outdated and very worn. The bed itself was NOT a comfortable sleep meds MORE uncomfortable by the overwhelming odor of smoke, weed and food. I was unable to rest because every time water was used upstairs it sounded like the floor would cave. I slept with my gun because it was not accident

Negatives: The stairwell and balcony outside the room was dirty. The grounds were full of cigarette buts and some trash. The facility was on a busy main highway which was OK but the side of the building I was in was next to the highway and very noisy. At times I had to use ear plugs to seep.
