Quality Inn near Ft Bragg

Negatives: dirty, poor customer service, shortage of towels

Negatives: Grass needed to be cut which was minor.

Negatives: Smell of smoke everywhere and smelled old

Negatives: Had stayed in Quality inn Hopewell about 5 weeks prior and were satisfied so decided to book at a quality inn on return trip. Sadly there appears to be no consistency in the brand as Fort Bragg did not rate a 6 star rating. Despite saying breakfast from 6 , we were told at check in breakfast from 6:30 so missed breakfast. Upon check in were told $100 hold on credit card was mandatory. I had paid through booking.com using PayPal to avoid using credit card, nowhere when I booked did it mention this hold fee. Fee was on hold, told at checkin the hold would be released immediately upon checkout . Checked next day and the $100 had been taken as a charge…phoned hotel and was told it was taken in error an would be refunded in a few days. It was refunded the next day but wonder if we hadn’t called if that would still be the case. Waited at least 10 minutes to be checked in as no one at the desk, and were interrupted by intoxicated appearing woman asking for her room key to be to reset. Given a ground floor room accessible from car park, lots of comings and goings and noise in the general vicinity interrupted sleep. Room itself was not clean, sheets were rumbled, appeared blood stain on bedspread and room had a horrible odor. ( thankfully since covid we have travelled with our own bedding or we would have gone and slept in the car.)Subsequently read other reviews about this location: 1 star rating given, stories of bedbugs and cockroaches, unclean cigarette filled rooms and very suspicious behaviour in the hotel. We would never stay here again and it has caused us to lose confidence in Quality Inns and Booking.com’s rating system. This was my first time using Booking.com .

Negatives: Very unpleasant stay. People yelling and smoking( everything)in the hallway until 6am. Police were called twice the 1 night we stayed. Not safe or clean for families. You have been warned!

Negatives: potholes popped a tire… breakfast looked dusty and nasty room looked like a motel 6 & there was mold on the ceiling

Negatives: Sheets were dirty and room had a Weird smell leaky bathr floors were sticky

Negatives: The bed once again had hair and trash in it this time I didn't want to go through the hassle so I went downstairs and got clean sheet and bedding and I change the linen myself

Negatives: The beds was dirty had to change my room each time I stayed there to a different room

Negatives: People are smoking Marijuana in the rooms.

Negatives: We felt unsafe, all night we heard loud music and couldn't sleep. Breakfast was next to not existence. Had a cup of coffee. There was butter, but no bread to put it on. Awful experience.

Negatives: we booked here because they had a pool and nobody said the pool wasn’t available until the next morning when my kids and I wanted to get in!!! it wasn’t posted anywhere saying nobody could use the pool
