I liked the room. It was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. The wifi was fast and the beds were great.

Not enforcing quiet hours. There were people runyabs screaming at 12:30 am. Unacceptable!!!! Woke me up and couldn’t go back to sleep. I heard the racket at 10:30 pm and thought they have another 1/2 hour to quiet and it did not happen!! Very rude

The bugs in the room. The motel staff didn't have any bug spray and didn't seem too concerned.
So I drove to a store, purchased bug spray, and went back to our motel room and sprayed the bugs myself.
We probably won't be staying there again anytime soon but.

The breakfast was sufficient but basically continental. Staff were friendly and generally good about refilling things, but nothing in the offerings stood out (bagels for the toaster were the highlight).
Negatives:
This very basic hotel is fine, located just off the highway near lots of amenities, and would be a good deal if it were slightly cheaper. It has the air of a tired hotel/motel with 'good bones' that has been spruced up/painted over but is being well-maintained.

Thanks to the gal at the front desk, having run into this situation before, was able to direct us as to what we needed to do in order to get the matter corrected.

The bathroom especially so. Tattered, dingy towels! The tissues were a small personal size pocket pack.
Breakfast was less than fast food quality. Prepackaged microwave fare.
We would NEVER stay at a Red Roof again.
