Negatives: Well cleaner sheets, blankets without cigarettes burns, shower doors broke and bug in bathroom, evening costumer was very rude I feel my money was spent for nothing. I ask for sheets and towels but I waisted half of the evening waiting for sheets. Dogs barking customer screaming how he will shot the place up. People slamming doors through night

Negatives: I did not like the cigarette burned bedding, the noisy metal bed frame, the wifi would never connect.

Negatives: Was told via phone and then again in person that it was a non smoking facility. The entire second floor hallway as well as our room reeked of marijuana. The smoke alarm was beeping in our room and another room or hallway nearby. And as we went to our room for the first time there were multiple people loitering in the hall and leaning against our door. We called the front desk within 30 min of arrival and told that we were going to check out because we were unsatisfied with all these things and were given nothing but our (cash only) security deposit back

Negatives: Bugs roaches

Negatives: the roaches was horrible they wore every where

Negatives: Although the shower had good water pressure, the shower stall itself needed replacement. The caulking was disgusting.

Negatives: Very Noisy. The room beside us made very loud noise by shouting and screeming and by their loud TV all night long I did bang on the wall once in the middle of the night to no avail. I would have contacted the front desk but my spouse did not want me to. In all my years of traveling I have to rate this as the worst stay I have had due to the noise. We did discuss this issue with the staff in the morning and they were very apologetic but there was no night watch person doing security checks.
