This hotel is on a great location for me. near to the I-26 and food all around. quiet, rooms have hard wood floor that make a good and clean environment. Staff is great too.

I have been using this hotel for about 6 month and the last month is been a hard time with house keeping. at the beginning the rooms service where made every other day if not daily. lately, I stay for 3 nights and not even the trash is been taking out.

This is the second Red Roof Inn I have stayed at and unfortunately both were tired. The bathroom in particular badly needed updating. The sink would not drain so we were able to change rooms. The second room’s bathroom also badly needed an upgrade. Sad shower curtain, cracked flooring.

Our 3rd time staying here. This time I asked for 2 extra pillows & was told they were not allowed to give out extra pillows, towels or linens! Management was afraid of people stealing them & the linen closet was locked with no key on premises! However, I had to present a credit card when checking in for any "incidentials". Would have thought they would have charged me if I had been low enough to steal anything.. wont stay there again. Bed very worn & not comfortable at all.

The bed was great, spacious room, absolutely no noise outside. Hotel clerks and staff were helpful and kind. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

The ONLY positive was the staff. Everything else was shockingly horrible!

I had to check into three different rooms before I found one whose safety latch wasn't falling off the wall or whose TV wasn't broken. My room: leaking fridge, mold growing in bathroom, broken alarm clock, floor boards torn up due to leaking fridge, dip in middle of bed, NO BREAKFAST even though breakfast was supposed to be included, TV didn't work most of the time, broken ice machine, shower screamed when being used - EVERY TIME, filthy walls, property looked like it had been dumped in a trash bin - garbage EVERYWHERE, key cards rarely worked - had to see front desk half a dozen cards for them to be "reprogrammed". Just to mention a few issues.
